Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Appointment of Distributors and prepare the secondary sales network and guide them to achieve the target

Primary & Key counters for Primary and Secondary sales and monitoring the related activities

Mapping, covering and searching for stockiest or counters in traditional and non-conventional areas

Increase the volume of secondary sales

Keep eye on competitors activities and manage a professional reporting structure

Plan sales promotional activities to push sales

Manage inventory status and reports on day-to-day basis

Manage collections and reconciliations

Performance mapping and taking initiatives to achieve sales target

Desired Candidate Profile:

Should have domain knowledge of Ayurveda Market

Should be expert in the marketing of OTC products.

Team Handling and Good management skill

Good Communication Skill

Education - Graduation

Experience- At least 6 Years in OTC Market
