Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Manager will develop, manage, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the designated region. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong relationships with existing and new clients, leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, analyzing market trends, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong skills in Relationship Building, Negotiation, and Account Management
  • Demonstrated ability in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Problem-Solving
  • Effective Team Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and take ownership of assigned region
