Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an Area Sales Manager. The role includes leading sales operations, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and developing strategies to improve market penetration. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for training, guiding, and motivating sales teams to achieve performance goals while maintaining strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong sales management skills, including customer relationship management, market analysis, and achieving sales targets.
- Team leadership abilities, with experience in planning, guiding, and motivating sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using software tools for reporting, data analysis, and CRM systems.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in the engineering or mobility industry, is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
