Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager or Territory Sales Manager based in Haveri. The role primarily involves managing a regional sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with Direct Business Outlets (DBOs), and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing strategies to expand the DBO network, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Familiarity with fintech or payments industry preferred
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
