Key Responsibilities:
1-Sales & Business Development
Achieve sales targets and objectives in the HoReCa channel.
Identify and onboard new HoReCa customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, clubs, lounges, QSR chains, etc.).
Develop and implement territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
2-Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, F&B managers, and key decision-makers.
Resolve customer queries, ensure timely supply, and provide excellent service support.
3-Team Management
Lead, motivate, and train Sales Officers/Executives under the territory.
Monitor daily activities, track productivity, and ensure adherence to sales processes.
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to the team.
4-Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the HoReCa segment.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales, collections, and team performance.
5-Operational & Financial Control
Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies.
Monitor distributor performance, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of the HoReCa business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
People management and team leadership ability.
Result-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
57 years of sales experience in HoReCa sales.
Experience in managing teams and distributors.
Background in HoReCa.
