Role Description
Key Responsibilities: Target vs Achievement: Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure consistent field performance. Field Working: Conduct regular market visits to maintain doctor and lab relationships, and identify new opportunities. Payment Collection: Ensure homely collection of payments from clients and maintain collection efficiency. Network Development: Expand the network of doctors, local labs, and potential franchise partners. Reduce Pre-analytical Errors: Monitor and improve sample collection and handling processes to minimize errors. Aggressive Incentives: Work under a performance-based incentive structure, encouraging high productivity and results.
Salary : Upto 6 Lpa
Location : There is multiple Positions for Mumbai/Jharkhand/Kolkata
Experience : 3 to 7 year into B2B Sales/Pathology or Diagnostics Industry only
