Role Description

At nirā balance, we're on a mission to bring our products closer to every person who needs them — one store at a time, then many stores at once. As our Area Sales Manager, you will be the face of nirā balance in your territory. Your job is to open doors, forge relationships, and build the kind of retail presence that compounds over time. You won't just be selling — you'll be building the distribution backbone that powers our growth.

  • Retail placement — identify the right stores across pharmacies, wellness outlets, supermarkets, specialty health stores, and any channel where Nira Balance belongs, and get our products on the shelf.
  • Partner acquisition — prospect, pitch, and sign new retail and distribution partners in your area; make every handshake count.
  • Relationship management — become the trusted point of contact for every partner; nurture long-term relationships that translate into better shelf visibility, reorders, and advocacy.
  • Channel development — systematically map your territory, close white spaces, and continuously expand the number of active outlets carrying Nira Balance products.
  • Sales execution — drive sellout at store level through merchandising support, promotional activations, in-store visibility, and partner education.
  • Pipeline management — maintain a live, accurate view of your territory pipeline; forecast, report, and iterate with precision.
  • Market intelligence — feed insights from the ground back to the team: competitor activity, retailer feedback, pricing dynamics, and consumer trends.

Required

  • Proven field sales experience
  • Relationship-first mindset
  • Experience in wellness, nutraceuticals, FMCG products, personal care, or similar categories.
  • Existing relationships with local and modern stores, modern trade, or general trade retailers in your area.
  • Familiarity with distributor management and secondary sales tracking.
