Job Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment & Team Building
- Identify and recruit suitable candidates for the sales team, includingBDEs/BDM, commission agents, franchisees, and institutional alliance members.
2.Training & Development
- Develop and implement training programs for the sales team throughclassroom and field sessions.
- Provideongoing coaching and mentoringto enhance team performance.
3.Target Setting & Achievement
- Define daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the business development team.
- Monitor performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
4.Business Development Strategy
- Formulate and executestrategic plansto expand the company's customer base and market presence.
- Implement innovative strategies forbusiness growth and market penetration.
5.Area Handling & Coordination
- Assign responsibilities based ongeographical areasand track performance accordingly.
- Coordinate with regional teams to maintain consistent results across locations.
6.Promotional Activities
- Plan and executepromotional campaignsto generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
7.Webinars & Online Engagement
- Organize webinars and online meetings to engage potential clients and showcase offerings.
- Utilize digital platforms effectively to reach awider audience and create business opportunities.
8.Customer Service Management
- Ensure timely follow-up viawalk-ins, calls, and emailsto meet business targets.
- Revenue streams include:Ad sales, Subscription sales, Institutional alliances, MyFin events, Financial services.
