Overview We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales for our premium chimney and hob product line. The role involves managing the assigned territory, driving channel and retail sales, developing distributor networks, and achieving sales targets through effective team and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales across the assigned territory.
• Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
• Drive primary and secondary sales to meet targets.
• Lead and coach Sales Executives in the region.
• Ensure product visibility, availability, and market execution.
• Conduct product training and support new launches.
• Track performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide forecasts.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in home or kitchen appliances.
• Prior experience as Area Sales Manager or Territory Manager is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in channel and dealer management.

• Good understanding of regional market dynamics.
