Role Description
Are you a natural closer with a knack for building relationships
We are looking for energetic Area Sales Managers and Executives to join our team and drive growth in the essential hygiene sector (Diapers & Sanitary Pads).
This is a full-time, high-energy field role where you'll be the face of the brand on the ground.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Market Expansion: Identifying and tapping into new sales opportunities across your assigned territory.
- Channel Management: Generating and closing leads in the Retail Market, Institutions, and Essential Format Stores.
- Relationship Building: Maintaining strong ties with distributors and retail partners to ensure consistent product availability.
Who We're Looking For:
- The Sales Knack: You have a hunter mindset and a passion for hitting targets.
- Communication Pro: You can pitch effectively and negotiate with confidence.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the sanitary and hygiene industry.
- Experience Level: * Experienced Professionals: Ideally from FMCG or specifically the Diapers/Sanitary Pad industry.
