Role Objective
To develop the Valsad (Vapi) region into a 1,000 Ton per month market, position Jumbo TMX as a premium retail TMT brand, and drive institutional brand approvals in top real estate and industrial projects.

- Market Development
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve 1,000 T/month target.
- Expand dealer and distributor network across Vapi & surrounding areas.
- Ensure strong retail visibility and premium brand positioning.
- Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends.
- Project & Institutional Sales
- Get Jumbo TMX approved in top residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Build relationships with top builders, developers, contractors, and project managers.
- Coordinate with technical team for project specifications and documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with leading architects and structural engineers.
- Conduct technical meetings and product presentations.
- Drive brand recommendations in key projects.
- Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives for the region.
- Set monthly targets and ensure performance tracking.
- Conduct regular review meetings and field visits.
- Marketing & Brand Building
- Plan and execute local & regional marketing activities.
- Organize dealer meets, contractor meets, engineer meets, and promotional events.
- Ensure strong brand visibility at retail outlets (branding boards, display units, etc.).
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and market reports.
- Track collections, outstanding payments, and credit exposure.
- Report directly to senior management.
