Job Description

Role Objective

To develop the Valsad (Vapi) region into a 1,000 Ton per month market, position Jumbo TMX as a premium retail TMT brand, and drive institutional brand approvals in top real estate and industrial projects.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development
    • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve 1,000 T/month target.
    • Expand dealer and distributor network across Vapi & surrounding areas.
    • Ensure strong retail visibility and premium brand positioning.
    • Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market trends.
  • Project & Institutional Sales
    • Get Jumbo TMX approved in top residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
    • Build relationships with top builders, developers, contractors, and project managers.
    • Coordinate with technical team for project specifications and documentation.
    • Build and maintain relationships with leading architects and structural engineers.
    • Conduct technical meetings and product presentations.
    • Drive brand recommendations in key projects.
    • Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives for the region.
    • Set monthly targets and ensure performance tracking.
    • Conduct regular review meetings and field visits.
  • Marketing & Brand Building
    • Plan and execute local & regional marketing activities.
    • Organize dealer meets, contractor meets, engineer meets, and promotional events.
    • Ensure strong brand visibility at retail outlets (branding boards, display units, etc.).
    • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and market reports.
    • Track collections, outstanding payments, and credit exposure.
    • Report directly to senior management.
