Job Description:
- Lead the Sales Cycle: Manage the end-to-end buying process, from initial discovery and pipeline building to complex negotiations and closing.
- Collaborate for Success: Act as the quarterback for your accounts, partnering with Product Sales Executives and Sales Engineering teams to deliver high-impact demonstrations and technical proof-of-concepts.

- Territory Planning: Research and execute long-range territory plans that ensure consistent quota attainment and long-term customer health.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and product enhancements to act as a subject matter expert for your clients.
- Promotional Activities: Organize and participate in segment-specific promotional events such as roadshows, seminars, and industry expos. Travel extensively across regions to promote Trimble MEP products and services.
Measures of Success
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned overall and region-wise sales goals.
- Year-Over-Year Growth: Demonstrate measurable growth in revenue and market share within the assigned territory and segment.
- New Account Acquisition: Successfully onboard new customers and generate revenue from newly acquired accounts.
- Sales Funnel Development: Build and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring continuous sales momentum and future growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Performance: 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota.
- Industry Expertise: Direct experience in the construction industry or selling construction-tech
- (AECO) is highly preferred. Familiarity with MEP workflows is a significant plus.
- Consultative Selling: Mastery of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, or Gap Selling) with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to comfortably discuss cloud integrations, BIM, and data-driven construction workflows.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to command a
- roomfrom the job site trailer to the C-suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Business Administration, or related field
- (MBA preferred).
