Area Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device sales, specifically in neurosurgery and general surgery hemostatic consumables, and possess strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and surgical centers.

Location: India (Remote with Travel)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA a plus).
2. 5+ years of medical device sales experience, including at least 3 years focused on hemostatic consumables in neurosurgery and/or general surgery.
3. Proven success in local markets; existing customer network preferred.
4. Ability to communicate in location language and English. Fluency in the primary working language(s) of the local market for business negotiations and presentations is expected.
5. Strong negotiation, presentation,and relationship-building skills
6. Willingness to travel >50% within the region.
