Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sadar for an Area Sales Manager-Medical Devices. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales activities, identify potential markets, build and maintain client relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, leading a sales team, and preparing detailed sales reports. The role involves collaborating closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and expand market share.

  • 4+ years is required in Medical Devices Sales
  • Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with proven success in achieving sales targets.
  • Understanding of medical devices, with a focus on specialties such as Cardiovascular Surgery, Cardiac Anesthesia, Critical Care, and Interventional Cardiology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Effective team leadership abilities, market analysis, and strategic planning expertise.
  • Professionalism, problem-solving skills, and a client-focused mindset in delivering results and services.
  • Relevant experience in the medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business.
