Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for an Area Sales Manager focused on Medical Devices. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets within assigned territories. Responsibilities also include understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and collaborating with the marketing team to increase market reach and brand presence.

• Minimum 3 years or above experience is required with Medical Devices Sales
• Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong interpersonal skills for Client Relations and Customer Communication
• Knowledge of Medical Devices, particularly in Anesthesia, Critical Care, Cardiovascular Surgery, or related fields
• Proficiency in Market Research and Competitor Analysis
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in sales within the medical device industry is an advantage
