Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Ernakulam. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective territory management, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, providing feedback for product development, and leading a sales team to ensure operational efficiency and performance. The role demands active client engagement, strategizing, and maintaining a customer-first approach in delivering medical solutions.

• Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development, preferably in pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills within healthcare and medical sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Availability for on-site work and travel within the assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are a plus
