Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Build strong relationships with society chairpersons to obtain permission for BTL activities.
- Conduct extensive fieldwork to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local shop owners and stakeholders.
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and report findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the market presence of LoveLocal.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BTL marketing and extensive fieldwork.
- Strong relationships with Chairmen of high class societies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales performance metrics.
