Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
• Drive primary and secondary sales through dealers and distributors
• Identify new market opportunities and expand territory coverage
2. Channel Management
• Appoint new distributors and dealers in the assigned area
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
• Ensure partner profitability and engagement
3. Market Development
• Increase brand visibility and product awareness in the territory
• Conduct promotional activities, dealer meets, and campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
4. Collection & Credit Control
• Ensure timely collections from dealers and distributors
• Monitor outstanding payments and reduce credit risk
• Maintain healthy financial discipline in the territory
5. Team Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, service)
• Ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Support field executives and sales coordinators
6. Customer Relationship Management
• Handle customer queries and resolve escalations
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Build long-term relationships with key clients
7. Reporting & MIS
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Track KPIs like sales growth, conversion ratio, and collection efficiency
• Provide market feedback and insights to management
