Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for BESS products in the assigned region
  • Identify and onboard channel partners, EPCs, system integrators, and distributors
  • Generate leads and convert opportunities into profitable business deals
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits
  • Build relationships with commercial & industrial (C&I), institutional, and government clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts


Requirements

Key Requirements


  • 37 years of experience in solar, energy storage, power solutions, or related industry

  • Strong understanding of BESS, solar systems, inverters, or power backup solutions
  • Proven track record in B2B / project sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
