Position : Area Sales Manager

Location: Narasaraopet - Andhra Pradesh

Nizamabad, Vikarabad - Telangana

Job Description :

·      Responsible for overall Sales target achievement for the assigned area and branches

·      Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

·      Expertise in day-to- day operational work like loan disbursement & recovery mechanism

·      Must be open to travelling. Regular branch visits to understand the ground pulse of both customers and employees.

·      Maintain Overall portfolio and deliquency for assigned branches

·      Maintain collection efficiency for the area

·      Team Management & Productivity

·      PDD management and document retrieval management

·      Physical verification of customer business and property.

·      Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole.

·      Coordinating with local advocate for property related reports.

·      Coordinating with staff members for smooth flow of loan process.

·      Reach the set targets by motivating staff in a right manner.

·      Will be responsible for TAT for Customer Service /staff request closures and retention of the existing portfolio.

·      Good knowledge of the local area

Work Experience:

·      Minimum experience of 7-9 years in LAP . Preferably from NBFC/ MSME sector

·      Must have prior experience of managing a large team

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3) & or Postgraduate. 

Desired Candidate Profile:

·      Language Proficiency: Local Language + Hindi & Or English

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      Good Communication skills with clarity of speech and thought

·      Must have knowledge of local area, competitor knowledge/ updates

·      Good at stakeholder management and engagement

·      Must have a can do attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
