Area Sales Manager - LAP (Jaipur)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Jaipur. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales executives, and expanding our market presence within the designated territory.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Jaipur region.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of LAP Sales Executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including sourcing leads, building relationships with DSA partners, and engaging directly with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand local trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient loan processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, channel partners, and internal teams.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead role within the financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Jaipur real estate market and local business environment.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Jaipur territory.
