Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager for Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Ahmedabad region. This role involves leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets, fostering strong relationships with channel partners, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the assigned area.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives, ensuring their continuous development and performance.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners (DSAs, connectors, brokers) and strengthen relationships with existing ones to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless processing and disbursal of loans.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and workshops to build brand awareness and network.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a team leading or managerial role within the LAP or mortgage finance industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Ahmedabad market and local real estate landscape.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Gujarati (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
