Hiring: Area Sales Manager | Lafit Lighting

Location: Rajasthan | Full-time, In-person

For 25 years, Lafit Lighting has been shaping premium LED lighting in India. We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Gujarat and Rajasthan.

We want someone ambitious, proactive, and entrepreneurialsomeone who creates opportunities, takes on challenges, and leads teams to deliver strong results. This role focuses on expanding Lafit's presence in key markets and helping redefine how India experiences light.

What You'll Take Charge Of

Execute a strong regional sales strategy

Expand Lafit's presence through dealers, projects, and retail outlets

Build relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and retailers

Lead and mentor the regional sales team

Improve sales, collections, and channel performance

Develop incentive plans and training programs

Work with marketing, R&D, production, and quality teams

Who We're Looking For

MBA in Sales & Marketing (engineering background is a plus)

5+ years of experience in lighting industry sales

Strategic and hands-on, with strong network-building skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing ability

A leader who motivates teams to perform at their best
