KEY RESPONSBILITIES :
Strategic
Execute the 3 year rolling Sales Plan and Business Targets based on Product Segment and Geographical segment.
Assist the Territory Sales Manager in Channel Partner Development and Retention for Dealer and Distribution
Signage / Display / Branding of Lafit at Retail Outlets - Dynamic
Market Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the state.
Expand the customer base by developing relationships with key industry players
Ensure effective coverage and penetration of the market by the sales team.
Operational
Manage the sales operations within the allocated markets / Area, including pricing, contract negotiations, and order processing.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, results, and forecasts.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure Monitoring of Sales Targets and proactive steps to ensure achievement of the same.
Proactive identification of slow and Non Moving inventory and timely liquidation to ensure minimum working capital blockage
Ensure Timely and accurate responding to leads / enquiries (from all sources) by the entire Sales Team
Control and manage selling and distribution overheads
Liaise with Marketing Team for effective value creation from Marketing spends
Ensure average collection cycle of 30-45 days from Sales date
Adhere to the Customer Credit evaluation process.
Deliver regular Sales Training and Product Training (Own Staff)
Deliver regular Product Awareness and Training ( Channel Partner)
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Industry Expertise:
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements in lighting.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our lighting solutions meet market demands and client expectations.
