Job Description

Sales Planning and Execution:

  • Drive sales activities for Laser devices, Handheld X-Ray equipment, and other medical devices within a designated geographic area.
  • Strategically plan and execute initiatives to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Actively identify and generate leads through networking, engaging with prospective clients, and following up on inquiries.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective communication, persuasion, and follow-up.

Articulate Value Proposition:

  • Clearly explain the value proposition and return on investment (ROI) of the company's technology to prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate how the technology enhances operations, improves efficiency, and delivers measurable benefits.

Product Demonstrations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase device capabilities and features.
  • Address client queries during demos and build confidence in the solutions offered.

Negotiation and Order Finalization:

  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to arrive at mutually beneficial terms with clients.
  • Finalize orders and ensure a seamless sales process.

Relationship Management:

  • Foster positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
  • Build long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction.
