Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager - Solar Division to drive our solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a strong understanding of solar technology, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for solar product sales.
Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Manage and mentor a team of solar sales executives.
Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and presentations to educate customers about solar energy solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams for project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Maintain CRM records, prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of proven sales experience
Strong understanding of solar technology, products, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
