Area Sales Manager - Pune or Kolkata or Bangalore

KAN-therm India Pvt Ltd. is seeking three qualified AreaSales Managers with focus on the following regions:

Area Sales Manager Pune

Area Sales Manager Kolkata

Area Sales Manager - Bangalore

with their own unique sales skillswho can support our sales team for immediate cooperation. The ideal candidate should have deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.

Objectives of this role

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of KAN's offerings
  • Identifying customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Achieve sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
  • Your responsibility will be to help us grow our market share: quoting and selling KAN's products (pipes and fittings within allocated sales region;
  • Nurture client relationships with existing customers such as wholesalers and installers working in the HVAC-field. Focus on building projects, exploring the domestic market is also expected.
  • Collaboration with the existing team members.

Responsibilities

  • Executes strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach within the region of responsibility
  • Meets with existing clients and grows long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Targets and identifies new/potential customers
  • Works with contractors/installers/plumbers on a daily basis
  • Promotes all KAN's products and offers product and project design support
  • Achieves sales targets and develops new business
  • Offers guidance and assistance on the correct use and application of our products
  • Observes industry trends and competitive environment and reports findings regularly to manager
  • Prepares weekly plans to highlight business activities ahead
  • Secures orders as an ultimate goal
  • Collaborates with supporting functions, such as logistics and customer service

Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong sales background in HVAC market (specifically pipes and fittings)
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a must
  • Minimum three or more years of experience in sales
  • Existing strong client network
  • Technical knowledge of plumbing solutions (PP, PEX, PERT, INOX, Steel System) will be a strong asset
  • Competitor knowledge
  • Driving Licence
  • IT literate with MS Office skills
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • English proficiency
