### Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
✅ Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
✅ Develop and maintain strong distributor/dealer relationships

✔️ Strong understanding of dealer/distributor management
✔️ Excellent communication and team leadership skills
✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔️ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
