Job Description

### Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis

✅ Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets

✅ Develop and maintain strong distributor/dealer relationships

✅ Lead promotional and branding activities in assigned territories

✅ Build and mentor a high-performing sales team

✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews and forecasts

✅ Participate in technical and product training programs

### Desired Candidate Profile:

✔️ 4–8 years of experience in cattle feed sales

✔️ Strong understanding of dealer/distributor management

✔️ Excellent communication and team leadership skills

✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✔️ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
