Job Description

### Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis

Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets

Develop and maintain strong distributor/dealer relationships

Lead promotional and branding activities in assigned territories

Build and mentor a high-performing sales team

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews and forecasts

Participate in technical and product training programs

### Preferred Skills:

️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

️ Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

️ Excellent decision-making and team-handling abilities

️ Strong market understanding and forecasting skills

### Eligibility:

B.Sc. Agriculture / Graduation

Experience: 1–5 Years (Sales Executive) | 5–8 Years (Sales Manager)
