Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager based in Delhi for an on-site role. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, develop strategic sales plans, manage and grow relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing sales forecasts, monitoring team performance, conducting market analysis, and ensuring timely achievement of sales targets. You will also ensure effective distribution and timely delivery of products across the area while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage regional teams, conduct performance evaluations, and provide leadership to achieve organizational goals.
  • Experience in developing strategic sales plans and conducting market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and analyzing sales data to optimize strategies.
  • Well-organized with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or snacks industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site and manage operations within the Jaipur region.
