Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an AM/DM -Sales . The role involves managing and expanding the company's customer base by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying sales leads, generating revenue, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and collaborating with clients to understand their energy needs and recommend tailored solutions. The position also requires conducting site visits, tracking market trends, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with EV industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic knowledge of tools for reporting and data analysis
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum Experience 3 years is must
