Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for the position of Area Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing and leading sales teams, achieving sales targets, developing market strategies, and building strong customer relationships. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and conducting competitor analysis, while mentoring and supporting team members to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify new market opportunities and meet targets
  • Effective team management and leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building robust customer relationships
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on market analysis
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and travel as required for sales activities
