Area Sales Manager – Pharma

Role Objective: Own and grow revenue across pharmaceutical plants in your territory by managing key accounts, distributors, and a frontline BDE team.

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Target Audience: Pharma Distributors + Key Pharma Accounts

KRAs

• Achieve monthly & annual territory sales targets
• Acquire new pharma plants and expand existing accounts
• Conduct technical discussions, trials & validations
• Work with QA/QC/Production/Procurement teams
• Drive distributor billing & secondary sales
• Lead and coach BDE team and contribute individually as per requirements
• Ensure collections & commercial hygiene
• Track competitor activity & pricing

Experience Required

• 5–8 years B2B / Pharma / Industrial sales – Territory Manager/ ASM
• Experience selling to pharma plants preferred
• Distributor handling experience mandatory

Business Development Executive – Pharma

Role Objective: Frontline hunter responsible for prospecting, sampling, & converting new pharma

plants.

KRAs

• Daily field visits to pharma plants & distributors
• Lead generation, sampling & trials
• Product demos & training
• Order collection & billing follow-up
• Secondary sales growth
• Market intelligence

Experience Required

• 2–4 years pharma / disinfectant / hygiene sales
• Freshers with strong field selling aptitude may apply
