Job Summary

We are looking for a ASM (Area Sales Manager - B2B Sales) position for Bangalore Market with Same territory experience in B2B Sales Preferably in Workwear industry , Industrial Garments/clothing, Fire equipment, Automotive clothing, Safety Footwear etc.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain an updated database of customers for cold calls, to identify potential business opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and pitch the right products and offer customization to have a solutions based sales approach
  • Strongly coordinate the follow up with Operations Team to ensure order fulfillment against committed delivery time
  • Key Accounts to be personally serviced
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
  • Lead team in exhibitions and events where showcasing of product and is done regularly
  • Keep track of customer feedback and pass on Production and Technical team
  • Keep abreast of competitor information and market trends and keep management informed

Key Skills : 1. Creating Quarterly Sales plan & execution, 2. Achieve sales targets, Earn Additional Quarterly Incentives. 3. Monthly & weekly customer visit planner ensure execute sales calls as per plan. 4. Sales order update and delivery - Payment follow ups With Customers. 6. Build strong relationships with Customers to ensure repeat purchase and referrals. 7. Identify, appoint and manage Distributors/Agents for the product range

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Graduates - Preferably With Management Degrees (Management Degree Not Mandatory).
  • Zeal to Lean and be aggressive and Go Getter.

Salary Range - 45K to 50K per month
