We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer - HVAC (Valves & Pumps)with 7-10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of valves and pumps, with proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of HVAC valves and pumps.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the HVAC industry.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and consultants.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasts.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in HVAC, specifically in valves and/or pumps.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly valves and pumps.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking with HVAC contractors, consultants, and clients in the region.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
