Role Description

As an Area Sales Manager at HRS Navigation, you will manage sales operations, develop strategic sales plans, and achieve revenue targets within your assigned region. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, presenting product demonstrations of the easyNav system, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to drive customer success and market expansion.

Experience:

Industry Expertise Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in the medical devices or related industry

Skills Required:

  • Sales & Business Development Proven ability to develop strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management Strong experience in client handling, sales negotiations, and market expansion.
  • Technical Proficiency Ability to adapt to new technologies, provide clinical demonstrations, and stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Communication & Presentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated & Growth-Oriented Hunger to excel and advance in a career with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong Organisational & Interpersonal Skills Ability to multitask, collaborate, and manage key stakeholders effectively.

Tasks & Activities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Expand and maintain a strong customer base in the assigned region.
  • Conduct market research to explore new opportunities and analyse sales data.
  • Establish and manage relationships with government, corporate, and key accounts.
  • Deliver technical presentations to hospital stakeholders and provide clinical support as needed.
  • Drive penetration into Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
  • Engage with Neuro, Spine, ENT, and Ortho surgeons to promote HRS Navigation solutions.
  • Manage sales operations, customer services, and CRM systems to track performance.
  • Attend conferences, industry meetings, and events to stay updated on market trends.
  • Handle proposals, agreements, contracts, quotes, and purchase orders.
  • Oversee dealer and stakeholder management to ensure smooth sales execution.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and manage the overall sales process efficiently
