Summary of the Role
We at Headfox, a leading D2C automobile company, are looking for a highly motivated Channel Business Development Manager/Area Sales Manager/BDM to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our retail presence, ensuring seamless customer experience, and building long-term partnerships in the automobile industr
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and execute business development plans to expand the retail network, including exclusive stores, franchise outlets, and experience centers.
Identify high-potential locations for retail expansion and establish partnerships with landlords, mall operators, and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize retail strategies and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement in-store promotions and campaigns.
Monitor the performance of retail outlets and ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, revenue growth, and market insights to senior management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, and product) to ensure a consistent and premium customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail business development, preferably in the D2C, automobile, or FMCG industries. Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and customer behaviour in the automobile sector.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
