Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Area Sales Manager - Gujarat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the Gujarat region, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product information, and delivering sales presentations. The Area Sales Manager will also be in charge of market research, competitor analysis, and reporting sales performance to senior management.

- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Science/Business, or related field
- Experience 4-8 years in the laboratory equipment sales
- Willingness to travel as required
