Job Description:
Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager EPC Sales to drive business growth in the Bangalore region. The candidate will be responsible for developing EPC sales, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for EPC projects in the assigned area.
- Identify, generate, and close EPC solar sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming EPC opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit regular sales reports to management.
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in EPC sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
- Strong knowledge of EPC project cycles, pricing, and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the Bangalore market.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
