Yours Responsibilities:

  • To forecast sales, set targets and achieve through sales executive, distributors and retailers.
  • Sales planning by developing Annual Business Plans, budgeting, Forecasting, financial model for the region.
  • Responsible for achieving primary & secondary sales targets in terms of value/ volume.
  • Appointing & managing distributors/ dealers.
  • Inventory Management-Forecasting, Availability and Clearing the stocks before it becomes Obsolete/Slow Moving.
  • To prepare the strategic growth plan for the company with specific focus on the product mix, new product additions and product up-gradation.
  • Develop, support, motivate and manage, supporting staff to improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitoring the progress of sales.
  • Identifying new product opportunities.
  • Be involved in the development of an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the marketing manager and implementation by field people, tracking of additional revenue as an outcome of promotional plans.
  • Achieving of overall business objectives, analysis of market potential and competition strength and achieving the growth.
  • Responsible for market share report, strategic planning, reviewing, competitive pricing analysis, new product launch in region.
  • Identifying and networking with dealers/ distributors resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
  • To maintain and nurture good business relations with distributors and retail trade partners.

Qualifications: Any Graduates/MBA Marketing

Experience: 8 plus years
