Job Description

Job Purpose

Drive business and achieve targets through allocated region/area. Nurture and maintain the relationship with the Credit Life clients and successful on-boarding of new relationships which have signed up. Manage a team of Sales Managers/ FOS to maintain the proper process of doing valued business for the organisation. Additionally, the role would require driving end to end sales of identified key relationships.

Recording, analyzing & monitoring progress of the branches regularly

To drive the clients sales team through R&R programs

Key Result Areas

KRA1 Achieve Targets related to Premium and NOP from Key identified relationships in order to contribute in overall growth of the company To drive business & ensure the sales of the desired numbers through existing client relationships

Continuous interaction with the partners along with FLS

Mapping all the key decision makers

Aggressively communicating all the RnR activities & maximizing the opportunity

KRA2 People Management Drive teams for achievement of set targets

Facilitating training sessions for Credit Life FOSs as well as client's sales teams as and when required.

Understanding strength of the resource and accordingly allocating relationships

KRA3 Coordination-with stakeholders Resolving any queries and complaints that may arise from the branches

Ensuring adherence to the policies as per the framework laid out by the organisation.

To ensure Backend support is provided as and when required and to manage client escalations as well as ensure Issuances are done on time by the team

Coordinate with the respective central teams to increase penetration

KRA4 Undertake relevant initiatives around market intelligence and leveraging on technology Guide team to identify business opportunities & spot high business generators & influencers in each relationship

Ensure team keeps track of competition movements, pricing, technological leverage, market share, thereby seizing all existing opportunity for BSLI
