Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Maintain and increase sales of the company s products.
  • Oversee the execution of sales strategies to enhance product penetration and visibility.
  • Ensure product availability, timely delivery, and effective stock management.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance and motivate members to reach targets.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to keep the company ahead of market changes.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the FMCG industry, specifically in General Trade.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
