Job Location: Pune
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing Customer Relations, Achieving Sales Targets, Managing BD, Sales Targets, Customer Expectations, Ensuring Customer Satisfaction in the Assigned Territory.
- To Manage accounts for business development activities and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction for repeat & referral business.
- Rich experience in organizing promotional campaigns / technical presentations for new projects; focusing on brand establishment and market penetration.
- Proficiency in formulating & implementing strategies / policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion.
- Significant exposure in managing pre-tender obligations like submitting pre-qualifications, study of contractual conditions, project cost analysis including considering cost impact of techno-commercial conditions.
- Follow-up for the Business Development projects in CRM. ZOHO
- Cooperation with RGM and working as a Team to achieve and Align to the Sales Targets assigned to the region.
- Submission of monthly MIS reports & Sales Analysis to Regional General Manager.
Requirements:
- Having Work Experience in Packaging / Polymer / Automotive / Textile Industries.
- The ability to lead and motivate others
- Teamworking skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
- Confidence to respond positively when under pressure
- Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Qualification:
B. Tech, bachelor's in engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering.
