About the role:

The Area Sales Manager will play a key front-line role in driving Noguilt's growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with doctors across the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a proactive, field-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by making a real impact in healthcare accessibility.

Specifically, this role will involve:

  • Onboarding new doctors within the assigned territory
  • Retaining onboarded doctors and building long-term professional relationships
  • Managing and taking complete ownership of the assigned territory
  • Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors
  • Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and in-clinic (OPD) camps
  • Making 67 field visits daily and engaging with a minimum of 56 doctors per day
  • Attempting outreach to 1012 doctors daily to meet conversion targets
  • Representing Noguilt professionally in front of doctors and healthcare partners
  • Working closely with internal teams to support business development goals

Ideal candidate will have:

  • 13 years of experience in doctor or patient onboarding (gynaecology background preferred)
  • Mandatory field sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy, resilience, and comfort working in a high-growth startup environment
  • Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory
  • A valid driving license, access to a two-wheeler, and an Android smartphone
  • A proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate preferably from pharmaceutical.
