Job Description

  • Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for ERP solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead generation and management: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Client engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and business requirements.
  • Solution presentation: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the ERP solution can meet client needs.
  • Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal writing to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like pre-sales, solution consultants, and implementation teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
  • Pipeline and reporting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
