Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales operations for construction chemicals across the assigned territory in Kerala.
- Achieve sales targets by driving primary and secondary sales through dealers, distributors, and project sales.
- Appoint, train, and manage distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, engineers, architects, and key influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to strengthen market positioning.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
- Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical presentations when required.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for promotions and product launches.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 25 years of relevant sales experience in construction chemicals, building materials, paints, or cement industry.
- Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor management and project sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
- Graduate in any discipline.
