Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Kochi. The Area Sales Manager will oversee the business development and relationship management activities within the assigned area by identifying sales opportunities and generating leads. The role involves meeting revenue targets, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the manager will monitor market trends and report key findings to develop strategies for business growth.

Requirements
  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Industry Experience: Construction / Architecture / Aluminum & Facades
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Aluminum Doors, Windows & Facades Systems Companies
  • Skills: Market strategy development, client acquisition, team leadership, customer relationship and communication
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Location: Kochi, Trivandrum, Calicut
