Description:

We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Assistant Manager SaaS / ERP Solutions to join our

Sales team. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership from prospecting and lead generation to

demo, negotiation, and deal closure. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, a

deep understanding of SaaS products, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients through cold calls, emails,

social media outreach, and professional networking.

Conduct effective software product demonstrations to showcase solution benefits and address client

requirements.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.

Maintain a healthy and well-documented sales pipeline using LSQ or other CRM platforms.

Research and analyze potential customers, emerging markets, and customer needs to develop

effective outreach strategies.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to drive retention

and upsell opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to create customized sales presentations and proposals.

Keep updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments.

Identify cross-selling opportunities across different business units and customer accounts.

Ensure timely follow-ups and high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Desired Skills & Experience:

35 years of proven experience in SaaS / ERP / IT Software Sales.

Strong product demonstration and consultative selling skills.

Prior experience dealing with transporters, logistics companies, or fleet owners is an advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving approach with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

BE/BTech preferred; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
