Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at DKT HEALTHCARE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Patna. The Area Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of sales representatives, ensure achievement of sales targets, conduct market analysis, and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. The role also requires consistent reporting and coordination with senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Sales Planning, and Team Leadership
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Target Achievement
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems
- Ability to work on-site in Patna and travel as required
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
